Stop. Breathe. Listen.

At least a few moments during the day, especially when the overwhelm
of things piling up creates tension and stress,
I am learning to Stop, Breathe and then Let Go.

Today, I want to share a little something I am working on.

And in that little space I’ve created, I start to Believe again.

I can do this. This will work.

It may sound a little “woo woo” but, it’s effective.

Sometimes I imagine that my possibilities are endless.

You just have to Be so that you can Do.
Remember to take care of yourself, so that you can.

"Breathing in, I calm my body.  Breathing out, I smile."
