Moxxie Essential Care Wholesale Policies
Moxxie products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers - brick-and-mortar or online retailers with their own online storefront - with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Businesses are forbidden from selling Moxxie Essential Care merchandise on any other online retail outlet. Moxxie Essential Care merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or by any other means. You must complete a wholesale account application and provide your Sales & Use Tax ID.
All product is sold for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale. Buyer's shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale. Any other location must be pre-approved in order to protect existing customers.
Opening order minimum is $250. Reorder minimum is $150. Orders are made by case unit quantities - single fragrance each case. Prepayment is required via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or company check. Checks are subject to a 10 day processing delay and a $25 returned check fee.
Orders are shipped FOB from Placentia, CA via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex. We do not process or ship products on weekends or major holidays observed by USPS/UPS. We do not ship outside the US at this time.
Buyer pays shipping fees which are calculated when order is placed. Orders typically ship 10 -15 business days after confirmation depending on stock levels. Bar soaps may take 4-5 weeks to ship. Estimated delivery dates are confirmed after order is placed.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. The applicable California sales tax will be applied to items shipping within California unless a resale certificate number has been provided.
Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind our product quality and our relationship with our retailer partners. Please inspect goods upon receipt of shipment and report any defective or damaged product directly to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
